Our story started from a small, home kitchen in Brackley with our online business Postbox Bakes.

To see us through lockdown, we began selling our letterbox brownie gifts online to homes all over the UK.

Fast forward 3 years, we opened Spoon & Whisk to grow the business and find a permanent home for our brownie kitchen.

Since opening we've built our tight knit team who make Spoon & Whisk what it is today.
Everything we serve is baked fresh using the best ingredients, our ovens are always on fulfilling online orders and stocking our café with delicious brownies, blondies and bakes.

Our speciality coffee is a single origin blend from Brazil, that creates a smooth and delicious taste that our customers love.
